CHRISTIANS IN ADO-ODO/OTA LAUD ABIODUN’S FAIR, INCLUSIVE POLICY

Christian worshippers in Ota Local Government have lauded Governor Dapo Abiodun’s fair and inclusive policy which has once again been demonstrated with the recent distribution of Rice in the area.

 The commendation was given during the rice distribution exercise at the Eternal Sacred Cherubim and Seraphim church, Ota, to celebrate with Christians on the blessed Palm Sunday.

Speaking during the exercise, the Shepherd in charge, Senior Apostle Daniel Matthew, described the gesture as an act of kindness and a reflection of his fair and considerate leadership style, commended Prince Dapo Abiodun’s role in revatilising and maintaining religious structure across the State, adding that his leadership style was a catalyst for growth and sustainable development.

Also speaking, Pastor in charge of the Christ Apostolic church Ti Oluwa Ni Parish, Pastor Adeyemi Raphael, expressed appreciation to the government for the surprise gift, saying the government had done well for prioritising the well-being of the Christian body, a bold step in achieving an all-inclusive social and economic growth.

In his remark, Vicar of the African Church, Savior’s Parish, Venerable Akintola Akindele, said the government gesture demonstrated at this period, was a commitment to strengthening the hope of the church which in a way had addressed one of the challenges confronting the Christian community across the State.

Reacting on behalf of the beneficiaries, Pastor Olarewaju Oniyi and Mrs. Ibironke Ajayi, described the gesture as timely and compassionate, particularly in view of the current economic realities.
